Tickets

Tickets are £10 and emailed on the same date of purchase. Tickets are emailed and are from info@beautyserve.net. If you can’t find them, please check your junk folder.
Any problems please email info@beautyserve.net and we will resend them to you. Having your ticket ready on arrival at the venue will speed up your entry into the show.
During the open days, we may not be able to respond to your emails very quickly, so if you can’t find your ticket, don’t worry as we can sort this for you when you arrive at the venue.
Does the event have an age restriction?
Yes, anyone above the age of 14 must purchase a ticket.
How do I claim my gift pack?
Gift Packs must be collected on the day of the event from the Collection Area. For full gift pack conditions, please see (hyperlinked to Scotland website)
What’s included in your ticket?
Your ticket either includes your choice of either a Monu Skincare Gift Pack, Cuccio Gift Pack or £10 voucher to use at event and access to all stages.
Your Gift Pack and Voucher must be collected at the show. Your voucher can be used at participating exhibition stands and venue catering on the event day only.
Is my ticket for a specific date?
Yes, your ticket will only allow you into the event for the day you selected when purchased.
How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive you ticket once purchased via email from info@beautyserve.net. If you can’t find it, please check your junk folder.
Can I transfer/ resell my ticket?
No, if we find you have done this, you will be refused entry into the event.
Facilities
Where can I eat and drink?
There will be numerous catering options around the venue where you will be able to purchase food and drinks.
Is there an ATM?
Yes, Clydesdale Bank ATM facilities are available on the SEC.
Exhibiting stands will take either cash or card payments and so we advise you to bring some cash with you to the event.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
The venue is easily accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties and accessibility needs. For more information, visit the SEC website.
Can I access internet connection?
All visitors to the SEC can connect to Wifi throughout their buildings completely free of charge.
Can I bring my guide dog?
Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event except for guide, assistance, and hearing dogs.

Do you need to book for the talks on the Stages?
Please check out the stages to find out if you need to book them.
Will there be an opportunity to ask questions after the talk?
Yes we allow a short amount of time for questions
Where are the stages/education located?
The stages/education are located throughout the show and will be signposted clearly.
Health and Safety
The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government guidelines as well as County Council guidelines.
Are there any additional security measures?
For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
What should I do in the case of an emergency
Please speak to a member of Security or the Main Reception.
In the case of an emergency, venue tannoy announcements will be made with further instructions
Where can I find first Aid?
First aid is located in the atrium or you can ask security for assistance.
Covid-19 Terms
The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the venues comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our event.

How much is parking?

Is there disability parking?
A limited number of disabled car parking spaces are available at the SEC on a first come first served basis. Please note that all disabled badges will be checked, and the badge holder must be with the vehicle.

What is Scottish Hair and Beauty?
A trade shows inviting industry professionals, salon owners and students to enjoy everything that their industry has to offer.
The event offers visitors the opportunity to meet their existing suppliers, as well as discover new and exciting brands and products, as well as listen to inspiring educators and demonstrators.
Will the event be photographed/filmed?
Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.
What if I need to leave the venue for a short period of time e.g. a cigarette break?
We will provide a lanyard which will enable you to leave and return to the event. Please note that you will only be able to return on the same day.
How do I obtain a show guide?
The show guide will be handed out at the entrances to the event.
Everything will be signposted and easily visible for guests to find.
I’m a student, am I able to attend?
Yes, students studying beauty, hair or complementary therapies are very welcome
