  • What is Scottish Hair & Beauty?

    Scottish Hair & Beauty is Scotland's only hair and beauty trade show welcoming thousands of hair and beauty professionals each year. The event is trade only, offering visitors the opportunity to meet their existing suppliers, as well as discover new exhibitors and products that they may want to purchase during or after the show.

  • Where is the event?

    Scottish Hair & Beauty is held in Hall 3 at the SEC, Glasgow G3 8YW.

  • What are the opening times?

    Sunday 19th April 2020: 10:30am - 17:30pm

    Monday 20th April 2020: 10:30am - 16:00pm

  • What can I expect to see at the show?

    Visitors not only have the opportunity to see the latest spring/summer launches in hair, beauty, nails, barbering and tanning, but can also enjoy free educational experiences and special offers available from the 350 brands exhibiting at the show.

  • I am a student, am I able to attend the show?

    Students studying beauty, hair and barbering are allowed to attend the show. However, there is a strict policy that babies and children under the age of 14 years will be refused admission.

  • Is the show free to attend?

    Free entry is available to visitors who register before the show, and who bring their free tickets with them. You may register on arrival to the show, but entrance on the day is priced at £20 per person / £10 per student.

  • Can I register my colleague and/or friend?

    Yes, you can register for additional passes for your colleagues either online or via the Ticket Hotline on 01332 227698.

  • Is my show registration date specific?

    Your show ticket entitles you to enter both days of the show.

  • What does my ticket include?

    Your ticket entitles you to entry of Scottish Hair & Beauty and Scottish Barber. There will be the opportunity to enjoy free educational programmes and seminars held by exhibitors, as well as watch live demonstrations. Have a look on the ‘What's On' page to see what else will be taking place at the show.

  • How will I receive my ticket(s)?

    Tickets will be sent via email or post depending on which option you choose when registering. Tickets should be received 7-10 days before the show.

  • Where can I eat/drink?

    There is a bar and restaurant located in the SEC if you want to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

  • Is there an ATM?

    There are ATMs in the SEC. We advise that you take cash out prior to the event as not all exhibitors will accept card and there could be queues to use the ATMs.

  • What is the entrance policy?

    Entrance to Scottish Hair & Beauty is strictly TRADE ONLY. Pre-registered trade visitors will receive free entry to the exhibition, which also allows access to Scottish Barber. If we made a mistake with any of your details, they can be amended by registration staff when you arrive. Babies and children under the age of 14, prams and pushchairs, will not be permitted.

  • What disabled facilities are there?

  • Can I access an internet connection?

    All visitors to the SEC can connect to Wifi throughout their buildings completely free of charge.

  • How much is parking?

    The main car park is the multi-storey at 10 Stobcross Road, G3 8YW, which is operated by City Parking LLP.

  • Is there a cloakroom or somewhere to store my shopping bags?

    You can drop off your baggage, coats and luggage at the SEC cloakrooms, where items are charged at £2 each.
